About Bronxville Real Estate

Originally settled by local Indian tribes, the area was deeded to British Colonists in 1666. The earliest settlers are believed to be the Underhill and Morgan families who arrived here in the first half of the 18th century. Modern day Bronxville is a one square mile English-style village encompassing single-family homes, pre-war and contemporary town houses, cooperatives and condominiums. The turn of the century Lawrence Park is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
