Houlihan Real Estate, which had served Northern Westchester since the 1950s.

Still headquartered in the building where William Lawrence started his business more than 120 years ago, Houlihan Lawrence has thrived and enjoyed unprecedented growth since it was acquired by Nancy Seaman & her family in 1990. Now joined by her brothers, Stephen & Christopher Meyers, the company is the largest independent residential real estate brokerage in Westchester, Dutchess & Putnam Counties.
