About Houlihan Lawrence A family-owned and operated business since its beginning in 1888, Houlihan Lawrence was borne from the 1980 merger of two of Westchester County’s forebears: William Lawrence, the founder of Sarah Lawrence College and one of the Southern Westchester’s original developers, and A.T. Houlihan Real Estate, which had served Northern Westchester since the 1950s.

Houlihan Lawrence Mission
Your dream. Our commitment. We at Houlihan Lawrence understand that a home represents many things – real property, a financial asset, shelter, and ultimately, a refuge of family warmth where lifetime memories are created. Since the decisions involved are inherently personal, the process of buying or selling a home is much more about people than it is about property. Our mission is to deliver a uniquely personal and positive real estate experience.
Houlihan Lawrence Core Values
Integrity: Building relationships that are based on trust Excellence: Exceeding the expectations of all Passion: Demonstrating enthusiasm for what we do. Community: Caring for and contributing to the welfare of each other and our communities. |
